Services are individually tailored to your business’s requirements, from a general tidy up of your books to regular tasks that can include recording your sales and purchase invoices, maintaining your general ledger, Bank reconciliation and submitting VAT returns. Whether you are a new Start-Up, or an established Business, we can tailor a package for an affordable fixed monthly fee that meets your needs.
Save even more time by outsourcing your Payroll to K3 Accounting. You will receive employee payslip's, payroll summary reports and a P32 which details the payments you are required to make to Revenue & Customs regarding Pay As You Earn and National Insurance contributions. All you will need to do is to make the relevant payments to your employees and to HMRC. Preparation of year end reports and on line submission of your P35 is included in this service and P60’s will be provided at the end of the tax year for distribution to your employees.
K3 Accounting will act as your agent for VAT returns. We will complete your return and submit it online. We are also able to offer advice regarding VAT registration.
Use our Industry experience to help your business prosper. We specialise in formulating bank proposals when you’re looking to raise finance. We can help with recruitment and other HR issues, and we offer hands on support when you need to make a decision about your business’s future.
The Personal Service
We offer an initial FREE consultation to discuss your needs. We will then provide a bound monthly or quarterly report that details the current financial position of your Business. This ensures you are fully informed when dealing with the Inland Revenue or your Bank Manager and should help you secure reduced charges from your Accountant, if one is needed. We are always available by email or telephone for help and advice, and we will happily collect your documents as often as required.
